MAGIC  vs. STORM Dec 9th

(Moncton, NB: December 9, 2017)

 Moncton hosted the Charlottetown Island Storm in the second of two back-to-back home games, the first being Friday the 8th where they beat the Saint John Riptide 104-93 in an exciting late game comeback.

The Magic played an incredibly tight game Saturday and it came down to the wire, but were unfortunately defeated by the Storm 109-102. 

Anthony Anderson led for Moncton with 23 points, Jeremy Williams had 20.

Al Stewart was named player of the game for his 11 rebounds, 7 assists, and 21 points.

Du'Vaughn Maxwell and Chris Johnson topped the box score for the Island, with 22 and 21 points apiece.

The Magic will now go on a four game road trip first to play the Halifax Hurricanes December 14th

The Moncton squad and its fans are hungry for the rematch December 26th against the Island Storm in Charlottetown, which will mark the end of their road trip.

The squad will return home for a game December 29th Vs. the Saint John Riptide.
