Magic WIN in First of Back-to-Back Games in Cape Breton

(Moncton, New Brunswick: December 19, 2017) 

The Moncton Magic played the Highlanders in Cape Breton for the first of two back-to-back away games.

After an intense matchup that went down to the wire Moncton came out on top 88-87.

Jeremy Williams came up big for the Magic in the 2nd half and received player of the game for his 8/13 21 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.

Terry Thomas lead the game box score in points with 24, and had four big steals.

Duke Mondy lead the Highlanders having a huge game with 10 rebounds 11 assists and 22 points for the night.

Magic attack the highlanders again tomorrow December 20th in Cape Breton at 11:00am.

They will then travel to PEI to play the Island Storm December 26th, ending their road trip.

The Magic are looking forward to returning home December 29th for a rematch against the Saint John Riptide, and a chance to further solidify their NB dominance at 7:00pm at the Moncton Coliseum.
